PRESSURE DECAY/CHANGE | ||
|
This unit is tailored for lower volume applications and utilizes a gage-pressure-decay test method. This leak test instrument pressurizes the test part, allows the air pressure within the part to stabilize and measures the decay/change in pressure over time.

| SETUP & OPERATION | |||
The LTI-01 leak test instrument is easy to setup and operate. The setup procedure is menu driven in response to operator inputs to the front-mounted screen display. Three (3) limit tables are included with this unit. Setup parameters for these tables include fill pressure and tolerance, test pressure and tolerance, cycle times, and accept/reject parameters. Consecutive reject set point and various feature flags are also included in the unit to customize it’s operation. Unit calibration is also menu driven. |
