Valve Cover Test Stand |
| This test stand's fixture is designed to allow easy loading and unloading of the part. The operator selects which type of part, using the seal 1/seal 2 selector switch, and places the part properly over the fixture pins. An Allen-Bradley programmable controller controls the machine. Acceptable parts are automatically unclamped and receive a part stamp. Rejected part must be manuall unclamped by using the unclamp and clamp common push buttons simultaneously. |
