This system handled pallet flow to customer supplied assembly/work stations based on operator input and hi level monitoring at each station. The operator would record his station completion by touching an opto-touch push button. This signal combined with no "hi level" at the next station would initiate an auto transfer of the pallet to the next station. All five stations operated in the same manner.  
This system handled material flow of Automotive castings into and out of six side loop Robotic machining cells then took the parts to three test stations further down line. After testing, the parts were then sent to a vision station for verification and on to reject offload and good part pack out stations.
